For street lighting connection in LV insulated overhead lines and tunnel lighting applications.
Description
This range of connector is specifically designed for connecting a street lighting conductor from a LV ABC to a lamp wire.
These connectors are made of :
2 bodies in anti UV black resistant thermoplastic fibre glass reinforced
2 connecting blades in tinned copper
1 dachromatized steel bolt M6 equipped with a metallic shear head nut of 10mm in standard version or 13mm if requested . The nominal torque is 7 Nm.
1 flexible fixed end cap that allows to insert mall lamp wires.
Seal compound to improve the water resistance integrity.
Features
These connectors withstand the tests described in the French standard NFC 33020
Resistant to 6kV 1 minute after 30 minutes immersion in water
All components are secured.
The metallic shear head is designed to allow a reliable installation process thanks to its design
The flexible end cap is a tube which guide the small wire
The low applied torque allows an easy installation by the linemen and avoid damaging the cable
Notes : Insulation Piercing Connectors can be removed but not re-used.

How to Order?
1. Please let us know what kind of model .
2. Proforma invoice (PI) will be sent to you.
3. Please check and confirm the PI.
4. Once we confirmed the order, please pay the discussed deposit soon.
5. After getting your deposit payment, all goods will be sent to you in by sea or air within one month.
6. OEM/ODM is welcomed. .
Shipping:
1. Products are shipped via UPS / DHL / EMS / HK EMS / FedEx / TNT and so on expresses (door to door).
2. We Provide Drop shipping Service.
3.5 days delivery upon receiving payment if the qty is lower than 1000PCS and it is not customized products.
4. In order to ensure you receive your order tax free upon import, we can declare lower value if needed.
5. Shipping via EMS. UPS. FedEx and TNT express usually takes 3~7days dependent on the destination country.
Payment:
1. TT or L/C at sight.
2. 30% deposit and 70% against shipping documents.
