For LV insulated overhead line to another LV insulated overhead line.
Description
This range of connectors is designed to connect a main LV ABC to another main LV ABC.
These connectors are composed of :
- anti UV black resistant thermoplastic fiber glass reinforced.
- 4 connecting blades in aluminum .
- 1 dachromatized steel bolt M8 equipped with a metallic shear head nut of 13 mm tightening torque is ³ 23 Nm.
- 1 flexible end cap attached to the body to seal the cap end conductor.
- Seal compound to improve the water resistance integrity.
Features
These connectors withstand the tests described in the French standard
NFC 33 020 and British standard EATS 43-14.
Resistant to 6 kV 1 minute after 30 minutes immersion in water.
All components are secured.
The metallic shear head is fixed and allows a reliable installation process thanks to its design.
The flexible end cap permits to check the correct insertion of the conductors.
Option
A separate tightening version is available under the reference KZ31 in order to disconnect the tap line without removing the connector.
This version is composed of the above connector in which a specific adapter is fitted. This adapter is equipped with a 13 mm shear bolt (23 Nm).
The conductor should be stripped.
This adapter can be installed either on the right or left side.
This connector has the same feature as above with the exception that the tap can be re-installed after removal.

2. Proforma invoice (PI) will be sent to you.
3. Please check and confirm the PI.
4. Once we confirmed the order, please pay the discussed deposit soon.
5. After getting your deposit payment, all goods will be sent to you in by sea or air within one month.
6. OEM/ODM is welcomed. .
Shipping:
1. Products are shipped via UPS / DHL / EMS / HK EMS / FedEx / TNT and so on expresses (door to door).
2. We Provide Drop shipping Service.
3.5 days delivery upon receiving payment if the qty is lower than 1000PCS and it is not customized products.
4. In order to ensure you receive your order tax free upon import, we can declare lower value if needed.
5. Shipping via EMS. UPS. FedEx and TNT express usually takes 3~7days dependent on the destination country.
Payment:
1. TT or L/C at sight.
2. 30% deposit and 70% against shipping documents.
